Local activity
Mouse, keyboard and device activity indicate when work is actually happening at the workstation.
SunnyAtlas is automatic time tracking for Microsoft 365 organizations: working time is derived transparently from local Windows activity while Teams presence and the Outlook calendar stay in view. With work-life balance, guided breathing breaks and a professional Excel export for HR and payroll.
Request a trial licence through the contact form. We clarify tenant, user count, requested modules and rollout path so time tracking, the employee directory and the Microsoft 365 workspace can be tested cleanly.

Balance at a glance: net time, breaks, overtime, weekly balance and end-of-day forecast — plus a guided breathing break when the day gets intense.
The worktime logic is based on local Windows activity, inactivity and break signals plus a plausible daily frame. Microsoft Teams is not used to calculate working time.

Inactive phases are detected and clearly separated from active working time — traceable instead of guessed.
Daily target, breaks and review keep values plausible. Employees retain control and transparency.
Whether teams search for Microsoft 365 time tracking, Office 365 time tracking, Microsoft Teams time tracking or Outlook time tracking, SunnyAtlas connects that work environment: sign-in through your own Microsoft 365 tenant, Teams presence and Outlook calendar in view, and working time from local Windows signals.
SunnyAtlas is built as a Windows app for Microsoft 365 organizations: sign-in via Entra ID, signals via Microsoft Graph, and vacation and absences are automatically entered as out-of-office and calendar appointments in Outlook. Working time, breaks, overtime and public holidays are calculated centrally by country and region and provided as Excel export.
Microsoft itself does not offer time tracking inside Microsoft Teams. SunnyAtlas shows colleagues’ Teams presence live and sets it with one click, but deliberately does not calculate working time from Teams signals. That protects against distortion from meetings and presence effects and works even without an installed Teams client.
Outlook alone does not record working hours. SunnyAtlas adds exactly that: the Outlook calendar provides appointments and focus blocks for the week compass, vacation is entered in Outlook with an auto-reply, and actual working time is derived independently from local Windows activity. Calendar and time tracking work together instead of side by side.
As a native app for Windows 10 and 11 (x64 and ARM64), SunnyAtlas measures working time where work happens: on the device. Mouse, keyboard and device activity plus inactivity and break signals produce traceable net time. Deployment is centralized via MSI through Intune, SCCM/MECM or GPO.
Good work needs breaks. SunnyAtlas makes them visible and easy — with guided breathing exercises, an honest end-of-day forecast and a daily wrap-up that clears your head.
A visually guided breathing exercise in enterprise style: the flower grows as you breathe in and calmly settles as you breathe out. Choose 1, 3 or 5 minutes — right from your workday.
SunnyAtlas does the honest math: when is your daily target reached? The forecast shows it live — so the end of your day becomes plannable instead of guessed.
A personal daily target, overtime only counted after — and a short end-of-day check that captures open items and clarifies next steps.

The guided breathing break directly in the app: the flower grows as you inhale and gently retracts as you exhale, selectable in 1, 3 or 5 minutes, with net working time in view.
Week, month, net times, breaks, overtime and absences are exported cleanly formatted. No rework, no copy-paste tables — an export you can hand over directly.
The holiday profile controls a target time of 0:00 on public holidays and the overtime calculation in the Excel/CSV export, selectable per country and region, for example Germany with Bavaria. Appearance, language, Microsoft 365 sign-in and Microsoft Graph permissions are also clearly arranged in the settings.

Working time, breaks, overtime and absences become visible in the workday context. This reduces manual queries and makes evaluations more plausible.
Work-life balance, focus windows and conscious breaks aren't hidden — they're communicated as a healthy part of work.
My Workday bundles appointments, tasks, status and important hints. Employees start with clarity instead of search work.
Traditional time tracking rarely fails because of technology — it fails because of acceptance. When employees have to clock in, add and correct time every day, errors happen or the process stops. SunnyAtlas flips this: working time emerges automatically from local activity signals on the device, inactivity and break logic. Microsoft Teams is not used to calculate working time. Employees review and confirm instead of typing.
Companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland need traceable working time documentation. SunnyAtlas delivers it as a cleanly formatted Excel export: net times, breaks, overtime and absences per week and month — ready for payroll, audits and works councils, with nobody maintaining spreadsheets.
SunnyAtlas shows not just how long people worked — but how it's going: weekly balance, end-of-day forecast, focus times and guided breathing breaks for conscious stress relief right inside the workday. That's work-life balance as lived practice: measurable for the company, tangible for every individual.
Yes. SunnyAtlas is automatic time tracking for Microsoft 365 organizations: sign-in via Entra ID, vacation and absences directly in the Outlook calendar, holiday profiles per country and region, and an Excel export for HR and payroll.
SunnyAtlas works closely with Microsoft Teams: Teams presence is shown live and set with one click. Working time itself is deliberately not calculated from Teams but from local Windows activity. That way time tracking also runs without an installed Teams client.
Outlook and Office 365 do not provide time tracking themselves. SunnyAtlas adds it: the Outlook calendar supplies appointments and focus blocks, vacation is entered with auto-reply, and net time is created automatically from local Windows signals with breaks and overtime.
SunnyAtlas relies on local signals on the device, transparent rules and customer data sovereignty. No content or visited applications are logged, only activity and break times. Employees always see their own values and stay in control.
What matters: Entra ID sign-in, Microsoft Graph integration, central deployment via MSI and Intune, and a traceable Excel export. SunnyAtlas meets exactly these criteria as a native Windows app for x64 and ARM64 and can be tested free for 14 days.
In the demo, we show the complete dialog: net time, weekly overview, absences and work-life balance.
